Project Information: This expansive estate includes over 32,000 SF of buildings designed in the French Country vernacular. The main house is 15,000 SF with a 8,000 SF guest house. There is also a 2,000 SF overflow guest house, and a 1,500 SF game house. An equestrian barn, riding arena, tennis and sport court, swimming pools, pond, and a 3,500 SF caretaker’s unit complete this estate.
