Kendrick Olson was founded on the simple idea that luxury building should be an enjoyable experience. Our process is simple too; we control costs, manage expectations, communicate often, and pursue outright perfection. We take pride in our craft and immerse ourselves in each project. Aron Kendrick

Aron Kendrick has been in the construction industry since 1992 and has a diversified background building commercial and residential properties. He offers his clients a personal, hands-on project management style and physical presence in the field with a long history of exceptional results on projects from start to finish. Aron specializes in filtering critical information from the design group and translating it into efficient action in the field while also managing budgets and schedules. His knowledge base extends deep into the construction and manufacturing communities where he has worked with some of best architects, engineers, and craftsmen in the industry.

Bryce Olson

Bryce Olson has been in the construction industry since 1998 and has spent the past 20 years building Aspen’s most luxurious estates. Bryce offers his clients a personal, hands-on project management style and a strong cost-containment methodology. He has extensive experience with building a vast array of architectural styles within a wide range of budgets and schedules, and he has successfully managed the sales, planning, estimating, design, construction, and client relations for some of the world’s most challenging architecture. His knowledge base extends deep into the construction and manufacturing communities, and he has worked intimately with some of the world’s finest architects, engineers, and craftsmen.
